- Returns will not be considered without filling out a Return form (see 'Returns' link above) prior to returning any products
- We do not offer refunds - only replacement or store credit on returned products
- We offer a 30 day warranty on all products. Returns for products ordered more than 30 days ago will not be honoured
- YOU are responsible for covering the shipping cost required to return a defective product back to us
- WE will cover the shipping costs required to send your replacement product back to you - unless the returned product is found to be in working order in which case you will be charged a $10 shipping fee plus a $6 COD charge
